Boise Public Safety Bond

The City of Boise is proposing a bond measure for the November ballot that focuses on the city's most critical projects: ones that protect our citizens.

The bond would fund a new firefighter training facility that meets National Fire Protection Association minimum standards and upgrade or replace four aging fire stations to ensure firefighters have the right tools in the right places to keep Boise safe.

The bond will cost taxpayers no additional money because the City will pay the debt service for the bond using savings from its existing budget.
