Controls the expenditures of all monies collected for the Library Fund with the approval of the Boise city Council and adopts by-laws, rules, policies, and regulations for the efficient operation of the Boise City Library.

Meeting: First Wednesday of every month at 11:30 a.m. at the Boise Public Library
