Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee

Assists in adopting land use assumptions, reviews the capital improvement plan, proposes amendments and files written comments; monitors and evaluates implementation of the capital improvements plan; files reports on CIP and reports inequities in implementing the plan or imposing the development impact fees; and, advises the Mayor and Council of the need to update or revise land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, and development impact fees


Meeting: Second Wednesday of every month at 12:00 p.m. at the Boise Depot, 2603 W Eastover Terrace.

Total Members: 7 members (1 area of impact resident) with 2 persons being active in business of development, building or real estate

Length of Term: 4 years (plus 1 additional four year term); 3 year term for area of impact position
